Request for option to disable dithering #156
Description
When using --monochrome in ImageMagick or GraphicsMagic, a very common follow-up option is adding +dither to disable dithering, as sometimes it does more harm than good producing lots of unwanted dots and reducing compression potential.
It would be nice to have such options in pdf2djvu too. See also issue #121
