With tools.deps now an option for defining the classpath, how should mach integrate with it? Looks like the
cljandclojurescripts will now create a .cpache directory we could use to get the classpath very quickly without invoking boot for projects that declare a deps.edn.https://clojure.org/guides/deps_and_cli
