#cp - feels imperative

The #cp tag literal feels a bit too imperative - can we consider alternative solutions?

As you guys probably know there is the concept of sifting in a fileset. It is definitely more functional, maybe combined with a filter for getting rid of files. In boot there is the concept of fileset though.
To have it as an add-on, arachne-fileset could be ported.
At that point mach would definitely be an improved, super fast, bootstrap version of boot: something that I have been longing to see for a long time...
