Usage without flake-parts

Hello, I really appreciate the without-flake-parts example provided. However, it seems to miss a few important things, i.e.,

• How to do something with the devShell (https://github.com/juspay/services-flake/blob/main/example/simple/flake.nix#L63-L68)
• Or, how I might be able to reference other services (https://github.com/juspay/services-flake/blob/main/example/share-services/pgweb/flake.nix)

For your point 1, it should be doable by using evalModules instead of makeProcessCompose.

And for 2, it will be the same way we do it with flake-parts, only difference being how a flake exports a service that is being consumed by another. It will be the same as in

services-flake/example/share-services/northwind/flake.nix
