Drop settings checker in tests

We should probably drop the settings generator, or at least remove the test, since it brings several issues:

• Gemini #100 (comment)
• Allow custom API url endpoint for OpenAI compatible API service #64

This generator depends on ts-json-schema-generator, which doesn't seems to handle correctly nested types and functions in our case.

We could still keep the script to generate manually a first version of the settings for a specific provider, like

jlpm settings:build OpenAI

Right the generator is useful to have a first set of settings. But since there can be many settings available for some providers it feels like it would require a manual pass anyway at some point, to only expose the relevant ones to the user?
