Moving a ghost row/column for insertion

Describe the new feature being added
By clicking and holding the ghost row/column, you can move the row/column to the place that you want to insert it at. A shadow/move line should appear as well.

How will this feature improve this extension
This would be a way for someone to add and move a row/column in one step. Currently, you would have to add a ghost row/column and then move it (2 steps) or use the context menu to insert above/below/left/right (right-click). This feature would just be another alternative.

The feature might end up posing more problems/bugs in the future and might be too complex.
