Actual behavior
Solid shadow when moving rows/columns

Expected behavior
Shadow should be transparent

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Open the Tabular Data Editor extension
  2. Try to move a row/column

Desktop (please complete the following information):

  • OS: MacOS Mojave
  • Browser: Safari 12.1.1

Additional context
Looks like the issue is Safari 12. Safari 13 works with no problem at all. Per Safari 13 release notes, there was a new API added for loading ES6 modules for the javascript core framework.
