Rendering LaTeX in .dash files.

JupyterLab markdown cells can render LaTeX when the user wraps text in $$ $$. No idea how complex it would be to integrate this into .dash files, but it would be pretty cool.

The dashboard output should basically be a clone of the markdown area in the notebook plus some styling so the fact that it doesn't display LaTeX correctly now is a bug! Good issue.
