There is no indication in docs or error messages that Git not installed is causing error "PlugInstall is not an editor command" #1292

Explain the problem here ...

Error: PlugInstall is not an editor command is the error you get when Git is not installed. Not an intuitive error message wrt the problem. Every time I download this program I forget my container doesn't have git installed and I lose half an hour because I forget how I fixed it last time. I think this is a pretty common problem judging by my own experience and the list of issues. Could also put it in the docs at the top of the installation section. Put yourself in the user's shoes, you just copy the install link at the top, copy your dotfiles, and go. Even if we look at the vimrc, the plugin list doesn't explicitly say the word git anywhere.
