Voice triggers do not appear in XE16

It seems that a new permission is necessary to use custom triggers:
https://developers.google.com/glass/develop/gdk/starting-glassware#unlisted_commands

Also, when launching the Activity via Glass Launcher, I'm not able to select alternate input/output languages (no response to swiping or head angle). Finally, I'm only able to recognize/record a phrase one time; afterwards the progress/status seems stuck at "Initializing".

I'm also having the same problems as rcarlsen. I'm on XE22.
