`map_peptides_on_structure()` not fetching from Alphafold

Please save us :)

When I don't provide the .pdb or .cif file on my own, the function cannot fetch it from AlphaFold.
This is the error I get:

Error in purrr::map2():
ℹ In index: 1.
ℹ With name: P02766_AlphaFold.
Caused by error in UseMethod():
! no applicable method for 'mutate' applied to an object of class "NULL"
Run rlang::last_trace() to see where the error occurred.

If I provide the file then the function works perfectly.

The issue should be that the current AF version is v6, so you would just need to correct the following chunck:

batches <- purrr::map(
.x = uniprot_ids,
.f = ~ paste0("https://alphafold.ebi.ac.uk/files/AF-", .x, "-F1-model_v3.cif")
)

from "v3" to "v6":
if (file_format == ".cif") {
batches <- purrr::map(
.x = uniprot_ids,
.f = ~ paste0("https://alphafold.ebi.ac.uk/files/AF-", .x, "-F1-model_v6.cif")
)

And maybe would be nice if you could add version as a variable as in fetch_alphafold_prediction :)
