Allow Action shows two icons and not Gating Crafting

When I select Allow Action as a result, there are two default icons, regardless if I change either one to the intended object that should only allow it to be crafted after completing the objective, it is either not gating the crafting behind the objective or Allow Action is not functioning correctly as it only shows one icon in your example pictures but I see 2 icons. Even when I select both as the same thing, it still is not gating the Crafting recipe behind the objective. I can still craft the object regardless of the objective not be completed.
Either I'm doing something wrong or there is an issue.

I see that it displays when hovering over the crafted item that it was flagged to not be allowed for crafting, but I could craft it and place it down anyway. So your mod is trying to disallow it to be crafted, but it's not really stopping it although the objective is not complete.
