[Bug]: 1Password menu item weirdness

Description

1Password menu item sometimes moves from visible to not visible menus on its own. And if I try to move it back, I get this error

Steps to Reproduce

It happens all the time. And when I try to fix the issue, the error (see screenshot) happens.

The first part of this issue is a duplicate of #344. However, the error should not occur when trying to move it back, so I'll keep this open.
