Description

When using a second screen the menu background is placed somewhere on the desktop, in this case at the bottom of the screem

Steps to Reproduce

Just connect the second screen and it happens

Same issue here.
Doesn't happen all the time for me, but rather when an app is opened in full screen on one monitor, put in focus ("is being used") and then something else gets put in focus on the other monitor while keeping the fullscreen app opened.
I am using an ultrawide monitor as well, and using BetterDisplay to manage external monitors. Maybe your setup is similar to mine.
Fun fact: I'm also using the same wallpaper but in violet
