[Bug]: Unexpected behavior after swiping between desktop and full screen apps

Description

After enabling "split" shape for the menu bar, when I swipe between a full screen app and desktop, menu bar shows the desktop wallpaper instead of full black menu bar on the full screen. This can be fixed or turned into a feature if anyone wants to see this kind of look in full screen.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Enable split menu bar.
2. Three finger swipe to a full screen app.
3. Swipe back to desktop.
4. Swipe back to full screen app
5. Hover over menu bar
