How to configure URH to use Gnu Radio from radioconda

For using GNU Radio on Windows, radioconda seems to be the preferred way to install it.

That puts a "radioconda" folder in the users folder (e.g. C:\Users\Achim\radioconda) and there it's a "pyhton.exe".
If I select that in "URH -> Edit -> Options: GNU Radio Options", that field turns into green, but still doesn't show any available device support.

I mainly look for support of SRDplay RSP1B.

Is it possible to use the radioconda installation with URH?
If yes, how must it be configured?

I've read #1124 but though the solution isn't mention there, I'm not sure, what to do.

By the way, the "Soapy SDRPlay" doesn't support the SDRPlay RSP1B, it requires

https://github.com/fventuri/gr-sdrplay3

and then "sdrplay3/RSP!B".

Not sure, if that has a chance at all ;-):
