UI update

The help screen template is missing support for some of the features in use on some pages of the docs wiki (even though in most cases these aren't UI features used on the help screens directly, because of the link rewriting those pages do get loaded into the help screen window and shown in our context). A couple of examples where there are UI features missing (compare to the linked source pages in the footer):
