Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.

There are DSP commands to play "ESPCM" compressed audio (as a ESS parallel to Creative ADPCM playback). These commands have been figured out.

What you want

Find that documentation and implement it, find software that uses those commands (Windows 95?)
