Is any tutorial how to enable the git comment?

Thanks for the great effort.

I notices u add a comment function by building a comment repo on github. git_oauth_id and git_oauth_serect are needed. When I want to set up my own one, should I choose to add a 'Register new GitHub App' or 'Personal access tokens' to get the requirement? If the former, how to set up the 'Homepage URL' 'Webhook URL' items when register the Github APP.

Could you give me some advise to enable to function?
