I know you've tried four cables, but it's usually the micro-usb data lines not being connected. Have you used those cables for other purposes (e.g. connect an old phone and make sure it shows up)? In Linux, you can check the kernel logs (i.e. journalctl or dmesg) to see if anything is showing up when you plug it in. In non-bootloader mode, it should show up as a serial device. |

Hi All,
I was hoping to gain some clarity on how to find the connected drive for the Sensor Watch Pro once in bootloader mode. I am able to enter bootloader mode (pulsing red), and I have tried multiple micro usb micro B cables and four separate computers with four separate operating systems: one Mac running Monterey, another Mac running Sonoma, one System76 running Ubuntu, and a Raspberry Pi 5 using the stock OS, so Debian. In all cases, when the Sensor Watch is plugged in I am able to get the light on the board to pulse red after double clicking the reset button. Despite the board being in bootloader mode I am unable to find any connected drives on my machines. Do you have any idea why this might be or ideas on what I should do?
Thanks for any help or clarity you can offer!
Best,
Sam
