Easy Plugin install

Have all optional plugins (like in claude code) easy installable from the cli and have most of it preinstalled (easy start). So that cass and olama and the others are typescript packages that are easily installed (automatically preinstalled or triggered). So zero config, but all tools available and no manual install.
