bibliograpy (novathesis v7.6.3)

Hello Prof. @joaomlourenco, hope you are doing well,

I'm Bruno from FCT - UNL.

I facing some difficulty to make the Bibliography be visible. I'm using TeXstudio (with MiKTeX). Indeed I'm following all of the instructions provided in the Manual, but still not appearing. For instance:

• For citatition, using the syntax: ~\cite{Ehrgott_2005}
• The book is already included in the file bibliography.bib:
  @book{ Ehrgott_2005,
  author = "Ehrgott, Matthias",
  (...)
  }
• In file 4_files.tex I'm using: \ntaddfile{bib}{bibliography.bib}
• In file 2_biblatex.tex I tryied both options: \ntbibsetup{backend=biber} and also \ntbibsetup{backend=bibtex}
• Still not working

Any guess please?

Are you citing the document? Only cited documents are listed in the bibliography.

Not sure if I understand well. But yes, I'm citing the document which I want to use as ~cite{name of the document}. Should I use anything else in the?

Do you have any compilation errors?
Are you compiling with make? Or with latexmk -pdf file.tex? Or pdflatex file.tex; biber file; pdflatex file.tex; pdflatex file.tex?

The best way to diagnose is to download again the template and start from the beginning. You must be able to get the bibliography in the clean/fresh version. Then do the same in your version, if you don't get the bibliography, you already know you hav the right process and the problem must be on some compilation error that is preventing biber from running properly.
