is it possible to make taskbar separate for each workspace?

What i need, is to see separate taskbars for every workspace, even dynamically created.like this:

Is it possible to do that with tint3?

I don't think it's currently possible. I might consider adding this feature some time in the future, but it's not on the top of my priority list.
