I'd like to have these keys available in the default keymap. I'm going to dig in and see what I can do -- I'm in the process of learning Rust, so this is a good (tiny) little project. Wanted to make sure I wasn't duplicating work others were doing, however, or that jmacdonald had planned.

Anyone else working on this? Or a super- or subset of it?

G and gg are already present in the default keymap of amp.
shift-g from vim is basically just g followed by the line-number to jump to in amp. And to go to EOF, just use shift+j. (Vice versa is shift+k for start of file.)

There is currently no functionality to change a single character, as far as I know (only a single token using c).
