To what extend is it possible to use the tool-set in a streaming manner?
We are currently building a multi-scale simulator framework in the context of EBRAINS & HBP. We are/have integrating/integrated Elephant, a neurophysiology toolkit. As I like mutual information theoretic measures I would not mind exploring to what extend integrating your tool is possible.
