When the operating system is in Chinese language mode,the file list cannot be obtained. Because there was an error when parsing the month

the error that occurred: failed to list directory /home/admin/test: write tcp 10.253.109.4:5050->10.253.14.3:21: wsasend: An established connection was aborted by the software in your host machine.

this is my screenhot on the KylinOs ， This is the debug output screenshot I obtained. I found that the returned date format is different from the other formats.

It has been confirmed that the parsing failure was caused by the returned Chinese date. When I changed the system language to English, I was able to obtain it.
