chore(docs): refresh gitnexus stats post-reindex

4748 → 4752 symbols, 15225 → 15232 relationships after today's
toolkit changes (toast/inline-loading refactor, exec-auth fix, stderr
redirect, yaml-tag drop, etc.). Stats only — narrative content
unchanged. Auto-regenerated by `npx gitnexus analyze --embeddings`.
