Add edge to pending snapshot

• The operation in Add a set of edges #148 is too naive.

There are three possible situations:

• The edge exists in the pending snapshot. Return warning. Stop inserting.
• The edge doesn't exist in the pending snapshot, but exist in the edges table. Insert an event.
• The edge doesn't exist in the edges table. Insert an edge and an event.
