Add 'Building Feature' and 'Meeting Rooms' to list of locations

Add 'Building Feature' to list of locations, instead of just 'Misc.' for things like information desk, circulation desk, computing site, etc.; also add 'Meeting Rooms'

Cait and I were talking, and "Building Feature" seems a little odd still, more indicative of a physical trait of the building than places like a circulation desk. Is there a better name we could use for these things?
