How to use a specific tag out of the "tag_list" meta data property?

Sorry if this is kind of obvious for others, but I can't wrap my head around how I can look for a specific tag (or multiple different ones) in the "tag_list" meta data property and then use it within the title. Could anyone post a quick example here?
