Bug description
We can connect to a device at a user's home locally via IP but when I try to connect from the cloud from my computer at my office at work, my computer from my home, my phone on Wi-Fi at either location I cannot connect and receive a cannot connection issue detected error. If I disable my Wi-Fi and connect via my cell phone to the same remote device, it works. I have had another employee test, and they have seen the same result. If I connect using my computer connected to my phone via my Wi-Fi hotspot on my phone it will also fail.
