Has flood been abandoned?

Hey all,

Flood is looking pretty abandoned these days with a third of issues just sitting open (53/168)
As well as 18 PRs which are between 1 week and 3 years, 2 months old.
The last actual commit merged to master was over 3 months ago, the two since were just dependabot updates.

What's the go here? Should we be treating this as abandoned?
