Understanding Webui Options

Hi jesec, thanks for clarifying on discord but I am still not getting,

My base path in torrent client is /storage/data/.torrents/ then I have two folders in there movies and tv. When I add a torrent in flood and select a location /storage/data/.torrents/movies/ and then click Use as a Base Path. I see downloading still happening in /storage/data/.torrents/movies/ instead of Base Path location /storage/data/.torrents/

I thought clicking Use as Base Path should return or add files into /storage/data/.torrents/ evenly when path set to /storage/data/.torrents/movies/
