Download torrent saves to meaningful file name instead of hash file name

Suppose you download 100 torrents, they save as hash names, you won't recognize which torrent file belongs to which content. hash name is good for machine read, bad for human read.

Suggest: can get a meaningful name from content file or folder name.

download .torrent files? in that case, hashes are predicable and unique but names are not.
