Can not scroll through the video (scrub the time to skip ahead or go back)

Can use the remote and move the pointer to another parrt of the video but not thing happens when click ok
Tizen samsung 2018 (i think or 2019) version 10.9.z
Model number: UA50NU7400
Just installed less than 24 hours so i think i got the latest build
I did the one click guide and change the argument to install 10.9.z instead

Update: if i change the title or sound track to a one that is different from what came with my movie file it works but now the movie does play for abit then buffer for a long time
