helmfile binary is out of date, --skip-schema-validation is not available

Hi there,

It would be nice if we could increase the version of the helmfile binary.
Actually, I can't run the helmfile with the new flag --skip-schema-validation

based on this file

I suggest updating to the latest release 1.1.5

PRs are welcome. Don't forget to upgrade the helmfile in go.mo/go.sum as well.

If your problem are values from jx-values.yaml for particular releases you could remove jx-values.yaml from and add the annotation values.jenkins-x.io with the value lock to those releases. This annotation prevents jx changing the values of those releases.
