Support pushing branches over HTTPS #16

Hello,
silver-platter at the moment defaults to ssh when pushing branches which works great, however has the downside of having to maintain an ssh keypair. Some hosters (e.g. gitlab) support pushing via https using the access token, it'd be nice if svp supports HTTPS pushing (perhaps even by default). Thank you !
