Agent mode does not work with text only models

Describe the bug:
I've imported MiniCPM5-1B and did not select, that the model has vision or audio capabilities.

This feature flag is not correctly checked and the Agent mode still tries to load vision capabilities, which fail and block all usage.

Expected behavior:
Vision should not be accessed when the model is not capable of it.
