chore(clasp-30f): close completed bead - YAML config already implemented

The YAML configuration file support was already fully implemented in commit 6bfdc36.

Verified implementation includes:
- config.LoadFromFile() function in internal/config/file.go
- CLASP_CONFIG_FILE env var support
- Config schema validation in internal/config/validation.go
- Example config file (clasp.example.yaml)
- Documentation in README.md
