Proposal: Publish an Updated Roadmap for Better Community Contribution

Hi maintainers 👋

First of all, thanks for the great work on this project — it's been really impressive to see its progress.

I have a small proposal that might help both the community and the core team:

Background

As an external contributor, it's sometimes unclear:

• What the current priorities are
• Which areas are actively being worked on
• Where community contributions would be most helpful

Proposal

Would it be possible to publish a lightweight, updated roadmap?
It doesn't need to be very detailed — even a high-level outline would be very helpful, such as:

• Short-term priorities (e.g., next 1–2 months)
• Mid-term directions
• Areas where contributions are especially welcome

Benefits

• Helps contributors align with the project's direction
• Reduces duplicated or misaligned work
• Encourages more meaningful community contributions

Optional ideas

If helpful, this could be as simple as:

• A GitHub Discussion / Issue pinned as roadmap
• A markdown file updated periodically
• Tagging “good first issue” / “help wanted” aligned with roadmap

I'd be happy to help draft or maintain part of this if needed 🙂
