just a random thought...could we make jbang available as implementor of JavaCompiler?

Allowing tools like https://github.com/marchof/io.javaalmanac.sandbox that works with standard inmemory javac to provide a compiler that will fetch dependencies too.

could potentially be used by other similar tools.

related to #1128
