Create Token Manually

I want to create token manually by passing the grant. How are we supposed to do that.
One approach is to create access and refresh token objects but it's not effective.

Not clear why you would do this? Where in the OAuth 2 specs is this functionality defined. If it's not there, I'd say it's a won't do here.
