Pyodide support

Everyone is moving to web assembly, be nice to have pyodide support here.

It is already planned, we should have it in Q3.
We are in the phase of waiting that our user base grows a bit before implementing new features.

Could use a function like on this page: https://pyodide.org/en/stable/usage/api/python-api/http.html.

Can probably issue get request with parameters to get a json response as having difficulty finding how to do a post request.

It might also be useful to add support for niquests in https://github.com/koenvo/pyodide-http first, as it can monkeypatch requests if available in sys.modules.

I suppose you know that httpx don't support it. I suppose you are aware of encode/httpx#3330

It might also be useful to add support for niquests in https://github.com/koenvo/pyodide-http first

that would be a good adhoc temporary solution until we get a clean integration.
we are a bit late on that feature, we do as much as possible with little time.

Wasn't trying to offend anyone, you know how programmers are, they just want a tool to get their current project done asap.

My use case was using flet to code a video app that worked on Android, iOS, windows, macOS, Google tv and web.
So since web end uses pyodide, it was important to build in http calls that worked pulling song list from fastapi server process. I had to convert all my functions from aiohttp to httpx at that time. I still think this is cool project, programmers will just use what works today, not tomorrow :)

I'm glad to see there is interest. I, too, am unsure if I'll be able to pick this up in the near future. However, if someone discovers this issue through the wonders of the internet, I hope they will be inclined to submit a PR there. Given that niquests is a drop-in replacement, patching it might as well work out of the box :)
