On a Mac not all USBserial devices are listed

Only devices starting with tty.usb or tty.serial are listed, the ones starting with cu.* must be added too.

This has been done in #97 and should be available since v2.9.3. Does this happen on that or newer version for you?

The problem was on my side. Is working as expected, all ports are listed.
