Update prestige rounds for juniors

Archery GB rules now have new 720 rounds for U15s - https://www.worldarchery.sport/rulebook/article/15 - §4.5.1

These should be reflected in the prestige rounds.
Notable that U15 C/R move to the 40m rounds and U15 B move to the 30m round.

Consider also taking this opportunity to update some round names to make them more consistent.
Apply aliases for backwards compatibility?

Questions - are the equivalent metric 122 rounds also prestige, or only the WA versions.
I feel like the 122 also get counted as prestige, but therefore need adding as an additional explicit exception with the WA round when not caught by the distance check.
