Why should they be blocked?

Crypto scam. Initiated through Telegram chat and asking users to send USDT to their address with promise of 10x returns. Sends back a watch-only crypto address. This site is used to make the whole scam feel legitimate, and of course, the classic, using Elon Musk name to lure gullible people.

Newly registered domains. Zero hits on X, Reddit or Google. Virus Total says it's safe but I think that's mostly due to it being too new and hosted on onrender.com platform.
