E.g. needed for custom 404 page routing on NearlyFreeSpeech.net.

There shouldn't be a .git folder in content/ since it's a subdirectory. So the simplest solution would be to either get rid of Goldsmith's default "dot file exclusion" rule or override it (to get rid of it) in md2blog.
