System.fetch is not supported anymore #1

System.fetch is deprecated on SystemJS 0.20 (See systemjs/systemjs#1543 and systemjs/systemjs#1589). This unfortunately breaks system-npmlocator.

Thanks for the heads up! Are you (or anyone else) using system-npmlocator? I don't currently have a pressing need to use it with SystemJS 0.20, but if there are users this is affecting, I can fix it.

System.fetch should be quite easy to re-implement.
