Unclear information in NOTICE file

The NOTICE file contains the following reference:
"This project leverages the following third party content."
What does this mean? For example, there is a reference to Junit under the CPL. Is there CPL-licensed code in this repository? If so, which one?

Junit 4 has be relicensed from CPL to EPL 1.0 between 4.11 and 4.12.

Thank you for your comment. I'm wondering why Junit is mentioned in the NOTICE file. Are there snippets of the code from Junit used in your project, or is this a dependency, or devdependency (optional or necessary for build)?
