Create a custom API that would scrape the internet for template images

The idea is to manage URLs to these templates, so people can easily add new template images they find without the hassle of downloading the image and then uploading it on our API

• Allow users to add templates
• Allow users to make a GET requests for all the templates with metadata (helpful for searching)
